• Ran business development origination and client management across the full dealflow funnel for a 500+ client book
• Managed exchange relationships across major venues including Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Gate.io, and HTX
• Helped operate a cross-functional organization spanning trading, operations, and commercial teams at a firm generating $30M+ in annual revenue
• Represented the firm at industry events including Consensus Hong Kong, Token Dubai, and HTX VIP Abu Dhabi

Why it mattered

Market making is where token design meets live order books. Four years inside a top market-making firm, on top of a decade in bank capital markets, is the operating base for how I think about liquidity, listings, and token launches today.
